Experience:

8 to 10 years of experience (4 to 5 years of critical decision-making role) of managerial experience in a tech savvy / financial sector.

Job Description:

  • The Human Resource department is headed by Head of Human Resources, who reports to the Managing Director and a secretary to the Board’s HR & Remuneration Committee (+Nomination Committee). The principal functions of this department are given below:
    • Maintain organizational structure compatible with business needs of the company.
    • Develop, maintain and update HR policies and procedures keeping in view the change external environment, labour law, federal regulation etc.
    • Prepare, draft, and record minutes for Board’s HR&RC.
    • Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for all offices and functions.
    • Manage compensation and benefits periodically so as to remain at par with the relevant market
    • Maintain a merit plus performance-based culture through a transparent and fair performance appraisal.
    • Maintain payroll and benefit administration along with annual HR budgets company wide.
    • Maintain HRIS system company wide.
    • Identification of training needs at the end of each performance cycle and arrange trainings required as per TNA.
    • Manage employee engagement calendar in order to encourage interactions between teams.
    • Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations regarding compensation plan, benefit scheme and equal employment opportunity.
    • Handle all regulatory audits such as internal, external, and regulatory.
    • Lead the change process of the organisation towards creating a professional, fair, un biased and performance-based culture, along with effectively advocating companies core values and code of business principles to all levels of the hierarchy.
    • Implement grievances and disciplinary action handling procedure for staff at all management levels and communicate the same to all concerns.
    • Custodian of company wide HR Manual and its policies and implementing changes.
    • Manage staff work from home during business continuity occurrence such as natural disaster or COVID-19.

    Any other task assigned by the Managing Director.
