Junior Officer – Customer Service Support
-B.Com/ BBA Minimum
-Receive and resolve all inbound queries on call, email and letters.
-Record all calls and emails related to support in manual trackers.
-Documents all pending queries in dashboard and activities in daily report.
-Follow department SOPs and adhere shift.
-Any other task assigned by line manager or HOD.
-Proficiency in MS Excel & MS outlook.
