Farrukh Siddiqui is Head of Human Resources at PMEX. He brings with him more than 16 years of dynamic experience in the management of human resources and organizational development in the Telecom, Electronics and Software industries. Farrukh has played highly visible roles and his areas of expertise include recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, employee recognition, compensation and performance management.

Farrukh is an expert in providing detailed guidance to managers and employees on improving the accuracy and speed of reporting. He has excellent research skills for undertaking HR initiatives which helps the organizations in transforming HR department and building a strong team. Prior to joining PMEX, Farrukh was associated in leading roles with 360factors, Dany Technologies and Wateen Telecom. He headed HR & Operations functions and helped in transforming HR from traditional to Strategic and contributing to the success of employees as well as the organization.
